Holidays! As we look back over the past year, we wanted
to take the time to thank those that have made our transition
from the east cost to LA! I can't believe its been a year
since you helped us purchase this wonderful home in Glendale.
When we moved here, we had no understanding of the what
the real estate climate was like and were really worried
about being able to find an affordable, comfortable home.
With a toddler that is not the thing you want to be worried
about! After we first spoke on the phone and you asked
us questions about kind of home we wanted you only had
to show us only two homes! Thanks for your advise on everything

buy furniture and what fastest way to get there was! Without

June of 2007, we purchased a house in Glendale with
the extraordinary assistance of Ms. Leanne Reynolds.
We
had been looking at properties for months without success.
After viewing the Glendal e property we decided that
it was perfect for our family.
There
was one significant complication, however. We looked
at the property on Wednesday and we were scheduled to
leave for France on Saturday. Ms. Reynolds was great
when it came to negotiating the final price and closing
the transaction. Her experience and knowledge of the
real estate market in our area was very helpful.
Even
more impressive was her willingness while we were away
to organize and meet with the inspectors, refer us to
an excellent mortgage broker, and essentially handle
the entire escrow. Upon our return we were ready to
